    Try us out by comming in for a FREE XTREME ATHLETIX WORKOUT on OPEN HOUSE SATURDAYS at XTREME ATHLETIX GYM TAMPA!!!

    Come in any Saturday at 8 AM to join a group workout. Meet our trainers. Ask questions. Learn about our methods, and the theory behind it. You will get coaching in fundamental movements and a workout, not a sales pitch.

    The 8 AM Saturday sessions are free for first time visitors, and are open to anyone who wants to learn about Xtreme Athletix, including your friends and family. After the 1st session you can discuss membership plans and rates if you want to do so.

    The first thing you want to do is to contact us to schedule your FREE Introduction Session to Xtreme Athletix Boot Camp , by calling us at 813.401.2234 or by filling out the Pre-Acceptance Application provided to your far right.

    Your FREE Introduction Session to Xtreme Athletix Boot Camp is designed to help us find out more about your goals, experience level, and expectations and to help you learn more about our program first hand. This session is a prerequisite before you are able to join any of our group classes.

    So... I have read so many things on grains... this was good, but here's my thing... let's say that grains (all grains, some grains, whatever) are not good for you. I'm fine with that... however, I am NOT fine with eating the gigantic portions of vegetables at all 5 of my meals each day that is required of my small female frame according to the Zone. It's just not going to happen... so, eat as much veggies as I can (which isn't enough of the carbs i "need") and NO grains whatsoever. Or eat the veggies and sub in some "healthy" grains (wheat vs. white, etc.) to meet my carb requirements at 2 of my 5 meals a day? I'm not arguing that grains are ok. I don't care if they are or arent... I just can't eat that many vegetables without burning out on them altogether. I'm just sayin'


    I see you are comparing vegetable vs grains. When you say vegetables, Im assuming that you are only refering to green and leafy vegetables. What about tubular vegtables like sweet potatoes and eggplant? And are you forgetting about fruits? Both fruits and starchy veggies will quickly meet your zone block requirements for your small frame.

    Good thing your only a 10 blocker. If you were a guy, 16 to 20 blocks would have killed you!
